How does my canvas come?

Our industry leading canvas prints are designed to meet gallery and museum quality!

• 410g/m2 Premium Fine Art Matte Canvas that produces incredible vibrancy and sharpness.
• We use cutting edge giclee printers using original pigment ink for the most brilliant and sharpest colors that will endure the test of time.
• Lightweight and premium grade 1.5” thick wood.
• Felt pads for protection of your canvas and your walls.
• Handmade and stretched.
• Arrives ready to hang with hanging hardware attached!

All you need is a nail or hook and your art will be on the walls in no time!

How long will it take to get my order?

Expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be uploaded to your account and/or you will be emailed a confirmation with the tracking number as well.

What carrier do you ship orders with?

All orders ship via UPS or FedEx.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We want to start by saying, if you have a need to consider returning our art prints and getting a refund, you likely ordered something from us. We owe you a big "thank you!" for purchasing from us and being apart of the Ambitious and as such, we promise to do our very best in providing you with a smooth experience of receiving amazing prints along with an A+ customer experience! That being said, here are some things you will want to know:

• You may cancel or amend an order any time prior to shipment. We typically ship out an order within 2-3 business days.

• If you receive a damaged print, we are so sorry! Please email us at Support@ArtAmbitions.com or contact our live chat and we would be more than happy to send you a replacement and make it right!

• If you want to return your items for a refund, you have 30 days from delivery of the items to do so. Please email Support@ArtAmbitions.com or contact our live chat to arrange the return and refund.

***NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels to send any orders back to us. You must send unwanted products back at your own expense. We highly recommend you ship your products back to us via UPS or FedEx.
